                         Prices are for the entire apartment

For night (minimum 2 nights):

Suite for 2 people                                     starting from 70euro

(no breakfast included, after the second guest there is an addition of 10euro/night for each extra people, can sleep up to 4 people, consisting in a loft with double bed, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen.)

N.B. The price may be subject to increases during periods of high season (Christmas, summer holidays …) or during major trade fairs, it depends by number of people and by days of stay.

In case of a longer stay, the amounts can be varied and agreed in advance

The service includes:                                                                                              

* Linen and towels
* Children under 3 years free
* LED TV and internet wii-fi
* Air conditioning and central heating with thermostat
* kitchen with oven and refrigerator
* washing machine

Please contact us before your arrival (preferably some days before) so we can arrange a meeting to give you the keys of the apartment.
Check-in is between 12:00 am and 09:00 pm. Arrivals after 09:00 pm will be agreed at the booking time and will be charged 20 euros more by cash on your arrival.
